The Sac Town Swim Team is a growing recreational swim team in the South Sacramento and Elk Grove area.  We strive to help our young swimmers master the four primary swim strokes and develop strong swimming skills, with a focus on personal improvement in a lightly competative environment.

We are part of the Nugget Conference in the Northern California Swim League.
